Exchange and Return Policy
Our company is keen to shop with confidence and confidence by providing a replacement service for their purchases within 7 days from the date of purchase subject to the terms and conditions set out below:
- Purchases to be exchanged for their cover and identification cards upon completion of the purchase must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
- In the interest of the safety of our customers, we regret not to replace or recover swimsuits, underwear, earrings, and cosmetics unless there are factory defects, if the commodity does not conform to established standards, or if the commodity has not fulfilled the contracted purpose.
- Purchases purchased at reduced prices during the offer period can be exchanged within 3 days of the date of purchase. The monetary value of such purchases can only be recovered in the event of factory defects, if the item does not conform to established standards, or if the item does not perform the purpose for which it was contracted.
- It should also be noted that any gift received by the customer is required to be returned by committing to his or her purchases if he or she wishes to exchange such purchases.
- The customer is obliged to pay shipping and delivery expenses in case of request for replacement through the home delivery service and the replacement status of the company's site is replaced without shipping or delivery expenses.
- Subject to the above exceptions, when you return your order for a factory defect or when you wish to exchange it for certain other products, we will carry out the refund process upon receipt of the returned/replaced products, except for any delivery fees you paid.
- If you pay using a bank card, the amount will be refunded on the same card, the refund will take 14 days and will be reflected in your bank account.
